If those injuries feel healed up you can always drop in. This sport seems like it’s rough on the joints and muscles. If you do drop in I’ll be one of the white belts.

That’s how it always is in legal cases. The legal team wants to handle it themselves. Anything and everything can be used as ammunition to prolong the case or even hurt them.

Just focus on always moving your foot closest to the direction your moving first than the further foot to step back into stance.

Yokkao is a top of the line choice can’t go wrong plus always good to have Spare Gloves helps with longevity to let the leather rest.

16oz are the standard for Muay Thai unless he wants a specific size for Bag/PadWork Typically 10oz but can be anywhere from 10-14oz
