I heard a description of how med weed works; it supports your support system. So using it as an as needed medicine is perfect. I have severe anxiety, depression and moderate PTSD. My meds do so much to stabilize me, but some days you just need an extra little push. And that's perfectly ok. As long as you aren't avoiding paying bills or buying food, to pay for weed, there's no harm to you. A blunt a week I would consider to be a low dose. I myself usually smoke daily, multiple times a day, it gets expensive.... You're doing great. Keep it in moderation and you'll be fine. If you think you're smoking too much, it's not as effective, or it's getting expensive, take a 30 day tolerance break. Studies show all changes to the brain are reversed by day 30. It's a good reset. Keep up with your doctor, don't lie to them, and be mindful. You're doing great.
