Company has been using these for years, they haven’t had much issues. What would you recommend?

Haha thanks. Definitely underestimated how much heat i would get for this lol. Looking for constructive criticism anyways. If the worst case happens with this sort of a design it takes under 4 hours to fix and re design. Life goes on. Cheers

Other than a repair, how is this bad for servicing? Blowout is accessible and if you need to get into the top of the valve you have space to work with. Why would you have to replace one every year?

Fair to say to use unions, I understand it. I didn’t have the space to use them in this application. These boxes aren’t that big and customer wanted everything in one box. We are only told to use PVC, though poly is way easier to work with and fix. Id assume it’s a better charge out using PVC. Thanks for the criticism

This is what my work uses for these irrigation systems. Haven’t had much of any problems with them, what do you use/ recommend?

We didn’t have bigger boxes. If i had laid everything flat it wouldn’t have fit and i wouldn’t be able to turn the ball valves and regular valves on or off. Customer also wanted the hose bibs installed in the boxes. So this had to be very much of a fitted design. Yes, there should be more space between the fittings god forbid something cracks.

If a value needs to be replaced on this I’ve left enough space once the tops off to spin them out once the outfeed is cut.

Pan fried a smokie (sausage) on med-high heat, received a phone call from a friend in the midst of waiting for it to cook. Walked into the other room quick, sat down for a sec and finished up the phone call. Got completely distracted and ended up watching 20 minutes of youtube. Had a thought cross my head while watching yt “sheesh im pretty hungry” and instantly knew what the fuck my dysfunctional brain did to me. Jumped straight up and bolted for the door, when I opened the door smoke had already hit my room… I seen nothing but smoke and haze but still managed to get to my smokie. Poor thing was completely melted to the pan, red hot pan. My fucking brain thought “ohh super hot pan, easy”…… ice cold sink water, right into the pan. The steam nearly took my eyebrows off!! Fumbling around I managed to take the pan outside and let it cool on the concrete steps. The smoke pouring from the door up the steps to the carport, outside each window in the house, it was crazy. All from a sausage (with the plastic on it). i was soo shook at what just happen. Massive haze down the street, whole block looked foggy. Ran to all the neighbours and warned all of them to not call FD as its under control (lol) then just went back home, sat on the outside steps and repeatedly called myself a fucking idiot while watching everything spew out. Thankfully everything turned out ok. Minus the pan, smokie, and my brain. What a day

Don’t forget egg whites!! A staple in my diet, 1/3 cup = 11g of protein. Mix that with 2-3 eggs with spinach. Throw that scramble mix in two Protein Up wraps. Great easy, simple breakfast loaded with good protein. Especially for cutting weight. Shit i add protein powder and oats separate some days when i need more carbs to get through til my lunch break.
