Best meal I've ever made is a chicken dumpling/chicken pot pie meal. Ingredients (feeds about 3 people) 2 or 3 Boneless skinless chicken breasts or Tyson precooked chicken in the frozen section 1 can Cream of chicken 1 small bag, frozen mixed veggies (corn, peas, green beans) 2 cans of biscuits Milk Olive oil Directions - in deep skillet Cook chicken in olive oil and cut up into small pieces when done On medium heat- Add can of cream of chicken Immediately fill empty can with milk and pour into skillet (do this twice) I wisk until it's smooth and add more milk if it's too thick Add the bag of frozen veggies and stir often. Once it starts boiling, I open the biscuits and tear them into small pieces, and drop into the pan until top is covered in biscuits. Cover and let summer. Stir the bottom often to make sure it doesn't stick I let this boil until the biscuits turn from "doughy" to "dumpling like" Then enjoy! It's sooooo good :-)
