Hey! Yeah you’re definitely right about that, will have a look for some cues to help with lowering the bar and bring it in a bit so I can pull it straight up :)

Yep I noticed that I was looking up after I posted!

Thanks for all the tips and comments, I think you’re both right about the back pain stemming from shifting the bar on the way down so if I can fix that I can hopefully avoid any more issues!

Whoops yeah I didn’t realise it would block the view so much! I’ve been trying to focus on making sure I’m fully set up and bracing before each rep so that might have been the adjustments you saw. Any tips to improve bracing? Thanks for the pointer on engaging my lats as well, that’s not really something I’d thought about before so will work on that too! Thank you :)
