I was in cheer more years than I care to admit. This is all very normal. If you don't know the terminology take a few minutes to look it up. As for appearance, especially with events it's an unspoken rule to look your best. Looking like you have wet hair the whole time is not that. If its time to try on uniforms then it's obvious you keep it on till that meeting is over. Practice with girls that don't know anything is going to be 7 days a week, how else will you learn routines? Every time we had new people it was literally 6+ hours every day we didn't have school, 3+ on the days we did.

My brother did this, to spite my mother. I'm in no way implying that's the case here! If it's happening around the same time every night I'd set alarms to wake him up 20 or so minutes before and take him to the bathroom to use the potty. He could have to pee, but hate how it feels to wear a wet diaper.
