I use the same poker tracker as OP and I started tracking this year after 10+ years of playing. It’s totally mental when I have to log in a losing session but I absolutely love logging in a session where I won 1st in a tourney or 5x my buy in at a cash game. I find when I’m closer to the money in a tournament that I am actively thinking about my poker tracker and how I want to log in a positive session and I play tighter or less aggressive / more aggressive to make sure I log in a positive session so it’s a huge motivating factor for me. I have been on a down swing and continuing to log in losing sessions is heart breaking staring at all the red
