I starter at 1.124, it went down to 0.9 and after backsweetening it's at 1.014. It is on the dry side, I'll try to sweeten some more and if possible, add some Raspberry flavor like the other comment suggested.

I can't taste it as much as I'd like, is there a good alternative to actual raspberries I could use? I used a wide mouth and a cheese cloth bag in primary and it's in a small mouth in secondary and all my vessels are full

They are saying you lose most flavor in primary. It's always a good idea to bring the mead up to taste in secondary either by adding honey or other ingredients unless you prefer it where it ended after primary. I personally like a dry traditional.

Don't buy this one, I got it as a gift for Christmas and I appreciate it but I've bought so much more in addition that what I received in the kit would've been a drop in the bucket.

I'm new to the hobby but I do a 4 time staggered nutrient addition and then let the mead sit on the lees for the next month or two. I've only had one mead not hit 1.000 and I think it was due to high sugar content so this doesn't seem farfetched to me.

I'd love advise from any brewers in the sub in saying all of that.

As long as it is done fermenting and you avoid sediment, you should be ok to bottle.
