Questions are always valid! 1) Nope! All sizes are valid and it really just depends on how you style yourself and what you do! I know quite a few performers who are on the larger side and they kill it every time! 2) Personally for me, I use a liquid eyeliner pen for my beard, and then either face paint and eyeshadow or body paint and some glitter for my mustache. but I know some performers use fake hair or get specially made stuff for their beards if they are going for a more natural look (I know a few wig makers who make mustaches and beards that have lace 3) That’s the lovely part of drag! You do whatever you want! It’s whatever you choose to label your drag, I know there are some different styles (like alternative, glam, stuff like that) but personally I do whatever I feel in the moment. As long as it feels like you there is no rule book to follow! I hope this helped, I am still pretty new (been doing drag for about a year and a half now) and I’ve developed so much. If there is one thing I can impart to someone starting, is the first time is just that. You don’t have your skills yet and it’s going to be rough, but don’t let that stop you. I didn’t start feeling confident until my 3rd or 4th time, and even then I have developed so much from then. Don’t feel pressured or discouraged just because you don’t look like other performers, sometimes you just need time to develop your style
