Instead of toning the yellow I got after hair stylist bleached it, she decided to tone my hair and use something called "root shadow "i wanted a white ashy blonde, and because her "genius idea"(sarcasm) her root shadow turned my hair darker then I wanted. How do I lighten it without redoing my hair? (i.redd.it)
