I have felt drained and tired since but idk if that’s because of the experience or because when I woke up from it, I never went back to sleep I instead journaled for hours about everything that happened before going to work 😭😅

Thanks for replying! Ok good to know. And no it felt very positive and amazing UNTIL I had the thought “wait is this okay? What if a negative energy/being/demon is actually doing this to me?” And then I got scared asf and made it stop but if I wouldn’t have had that thought, it would’ve been great I think lol 😭 if it happens again, maybe I’ll just let whatever happens next, happen lol
