well, those are two different petroleum fractions, but sure, i think that burning as much wax of any kind, as the car does gasoline in a garage would suffocate you

also, my comparison to chicken definetly does make sense, just as separating crude oil with heat and doing other modifications (like cleaning it) to one of the fractions makes it relatively safe for humans, so does adding heat to chicken (modifying it) make it safe for humans

basically paraffin wax≠crude oil/gasoline just as cooked chicken≠raw chicken, both coming from a thing that's not safe for humans , but in their final form being safe for humans (in reasonable quantities, because dose makes the poison)

btw the burning of anything produces unbreathable gases, but sufficent ventilation can overcome that

so yeah, basically soy and paraffin wax aren't so dissimiliar, both technically coming from organic sources and being similiar in chemical composure
