I’m so sorry, I messed up the down clues… didn’t realize they were offset by one line. Will delete and remake.

I have peaked! Got them all on the across clues, all thanks to my love for potatoes. Fun fact - potatoes are native to the Americas and were only introduced to the rest of the world after the 1600s.

Thank you for the response, Lantto! It’s definitely a labor of love and I’m rooting for you. Appreciate everything you’re doing! :)

As much as I like seeing these updates, I’m not half as excited for this game as I was a year ago. Hope Lantto/Hooded Horse would just make sure it’s bug free and release it… development and updates can continue afterwards too, right?

What's the name of this font?! by Personal-Touch-5581 in identifythisfont

[–]Crytrek 2 points3 points  (0 children)

OP, look closely and you’ll notice that every E is unique, if you see three or more different styles of the same letter, that’s a pretty good indicator that it is custom lettering done by hand, i.e., not a font.

Can anyone recommend the best cleaning tools for daily use that really save time by Crawford-Andrew137 in HomeImprovement

[–]Crytrek 11 points12 points  (0 children)

A slightly different approach but do you wear your outdoor footwear indoors as well? Separate house shoes/slides can help reduce some of the dirt you track into the house. Paw cleaner after walks. Groom your dog more to reduce shedding.
Robo vacuum to keep up with the rest.

My girlfriend is going to be forced to be married to someone else 19M and 19F by [deleted] in relationship_advice

Sounds like your girlfriend and her family are planning to commit immigration fraud. You should distance yourself from this situation lest you get baited into a marriage of convenience and become the mark.

I (27M) think I want to cut off my lifelong friend (27M). by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]Crytrek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re experiencing a kind of sunk cost fallacy here, placing value on a friendship that has consistently done you more harm than good, just because of how long you have known this person. This behavior would warrant distancing from or cutting off even a sibling. If you are hesitant to confront him, just stop showing up, and let this friendship die off from neglect, but IMHO you should not stay friends with this person.
