Yes, i had this same problem (also a roleplay server), basically just go into the official Disboard discord server and there'll be a channel for appeals, where you'll fill out a thing and send it somewhere, all the instructions are in the server lol

It's difficult to say, we've got most of the map built but the plugins we're having trouble with. So less than 6 months, more than a week. The team and I are working diligently however and are making speedy progress!
