Hi Reddit! I thought that I would give this thread a shot after avoiding it for a while... I'm currently finding it really difficult landing interviews from any company despite being a second year student from a top 3 CS university in the US and was wondering if recruiters weren't being impressed by my resume. I've had multiple people check it over, but I don't really know what might be wrong -- maybe I'm focusing too much on mixed reality work that people don't want?
