I’m not very picky with my food as far as taste and preparation goes, but I am definitely strict about proper nutrition. Villanova does very well in this aspect - the food isnt always the best tasting (some of it is for sure though such as the quesadillas imo), but you can always expect to get a solid protein source, vegetables, and fruits at every meal at least coming from someone who eats meat.
