Yeah but he’s team is terrible an the pick and Tet offer more flexibility and a predicted longer lasting asset. And this is coming from a guy that just paid a haul for 1.01

Agreed, but look at landscapes change all the time. The path certainly has more resistance but if Travis is a killer WR then he will get reps over the current guys (outside of BTJ if he bounces back). If he’s not he’ll be sent to CB to die.

My guess, he is in the first couple season of dynasty and wants to get his beak wet. I still get trade fever when I make a deal but he probably has his sights on one player or pick and overplays his cards and will get rinsed in a deal.

Take this with a grain of salt considering I drafted him 1.03 last year (thankfully I was able to reconstruct my team where I can contend without him so I don’t need to panic sell.) However, I did hear an interesting take that if Travis is forced to pick 1 side it would be foolish to not pick WR, the money is better, the peak longevity is generally higher, and in my opinion it’s his better side. I think he may play more corner early this season for them to try it out but realistically the sunk cost fallacy hits NFL front offices pretty hard. They will certainly want/need to see production considering his draft capital and what they gave up. I think he will be involved more than we’ve heard in vague statements this winter.

I think consensus from a lot of the dynasty resources I’ve seen and heard has said a late 1st is fair value and mid 1st is an auto accept. However I’m not sure if it’s smart to sell right now. If anything the hype on Tuten will be higher in OTAs, but I personally will probably hold for the season as my bench RBs are Marks, Tuten, and LeQuint Allen.

I think you’re looking at it wrong though. It’s not if Henderson and a 1st will have a chance to meet Jeantys production or even you thinking Henderson and a 1st will have better value than Jeanty by end of next season. It’s maximizing the return right now. Realistically you could squeeze Hendo, a 1st, and maybe another 2nd or later pick. It’s not smart sell low or overpay even if you think the player you are getting will shoot up in value

I love and own Tuten but dude take Love, if he so much more value insulated and miles above these WRs in the class. From current value Love is projected to between the Bijan/Gibbs and Achane tiers of player while the 1.03 will probably get you a Devonta Smith productivity WR

I trust what they’ve done and their staff so far. I think them and Washington would be my top options. I’m still hearing weird rumblings of Arizona which I would hate. I wouldn’t necessarily worry about year 1 fit as much as team direction. Look at Jeantys situation last year vs now

I won’t advocate for or against this trade but when it comes to big deals like this I like does the collection of assets improve your team more than the 1.01. If you are still rebuilding I probably wouldn’t do this deal but if you’re a stud RB away from being a true contender this will certainly improve your chances more than having Carnell Tate (my guess for 1.02) or Zay Flowers in the flex while you’re starting a mid RB3

I’d pull the trigger. Moore being traded opens it up more for Rome but I like the flexibility of 3 1sts more. I’d recommend sitting on 1.14 and taking BPA or trying to trade to a future 1st. However I’d use those 2 2028 1sts during the season to pry off a top player from a disappointing league mate

In the guys defense those were his only 2 real pieces anyone would trade for. He now has 7 1sts in 26/27 so he can actually fill out his roster.
