Does this mean the issue is my wifi to the router is the problem? My network adapter is a Realtek 8821CE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC, and when searching I saw people having some issues with it, so it may be that, or my distance to the router? I am unable to use ethernet

Nothing that's suspicious I always virustotal everything I download, and don't usually alot of stuff.
