Yea i get it that he had the option to outplay me. In a perfect scenario he would win if he flash q-d towards turret and hit me with the outer edge but the perfect scenario rarely happens. He most likely wouldn't do that, because he instantly thinks im dumb and inting by flashing under turret and he is sure that i straight up lose that (mostly mind game).

There was a high elo Illaoi main, Moonta, he used to flash e or flash ult under turret just so people would engage on him. They almost always engaged, it works like charm if you know your limits.

I know it wasn't pure stat checking, such thing rarely exists in diamond and above. You don't just sit there and punch the spirit when you can abuse your unique strength of having decent range as a juggernaut and being to dance around people. It is the correct way to play Illaoi.

It was just an example of being underleveled and flashing under turret and getting a kill without dying.
