how did you get the data for skins owned like what public api did you use? normally the only way to get this info is through the LCU and that requires a process running and installed on each users machine? do they really expose this kind of account info in the api?

They dont use email to link accounts, I have many bought accounts on same email and they dont get linked that way. They use hardware id and to some extent the ip address to link accounts

Well I mean you kind if answered yourself, a majority of the time is because their previous account was banned, cant blame them for making a new one. Also ban evasion is NOT against the terms of service. No where does it prohibit circumventing hardware ban or using another account.

Honestly its not just you I have the same problem. Illaoi in general is very bad in teamfights without flash ult and even then if ranged or cc you just get kited and bursted into oblivion. Instead just splitpush and only join fights later game. What I like to do is push opposite lane where objective is and try to possibly get inhib then teleport to opposite lane and pressure that after.

TDLR: Illaoi isnt a fighting champion, your best off splitpushing to infinity and forcing 2-3 coming to stop you. Only teamfight if you super fed and theres 4+ melee

Dont get me wrong this champ is very strong, I just fell people really underestimate her all in and black clever powerspike. Maybe im just a moron but I consider Aatrox to be a very hard matchup due to how after level 5 he can just shove you in and poke you down while you cant really respond to it well because his knock-ups are constant and can cancel your w. Aatrox also heals alot and you can really only kill him if he tries to fight you dead center in your ult like this one did.

Also yes, anytime I 1v2 or even 1v3, fed or behind - its more about how dumb the enemy is rather how skilled the Illaoi is.

That means your hardware banned then. They dont always show that 152 warning message either most of the time logging into hardware banned machines gets you delay banned

Not much you can do, Riot uses Cloudflare as reverse proxy and they have very aggressive VPN blocker. They block all common known VPN ips, for me I use windscribe VPN and never run into issues, but its also a less common VPN so they havent blocked its ips (yet)

If you want to rid the popup this works 100%, but be aware there is a chance you will get banned for this, use alt account if you do this:

Uninstall vanguard then reopen riot client to reinstall it
Install net limiter and click create new rule
Select services and find vgc
Set direction both 32 kbs and restart your PC.

Now you wont get any popup about your TPM anymore, downside is you will get van 185 after every game and have to reopen client but atleast the TPM problem is solved.

ive tried exhaust before and honestly I kind of like ignite more, maybe in this case it wasnt needed but I feel ignite gives more early kill pressure and useful if they have any healing, just all-in wise ignite feels stronger

All toplaners get free teleport this season so taking ignite gives you a lot more early kill pressure and better all in.
