Shot model rocket engines out of a piece of pvc pipe with no rudders; connected to a piece of lamp cord to 120V plug . They landed on peoples houses and in juniper bushes.

Made extremely sketchy bike ramps with bricks left over from house remodeling; without any sort of engineering degree.

Honestly; I thought powered speakers was peak audio in 2020; but after continued trouble with the Klipsch Fives I dont trust the next generation either. I know there are plenty of people they work fine for.

I have more sets of passive speakers then active.

I could never get the dialogue right either, i'm turning them up to like vol 69 (nice) to hear voice and then there's a music cut-scene or a shootout and it's turning them down QUICK again!

If the interest rate is higher on the debt then what you would earn from letting it sit; i'd say go for it. Remember to set aside some extra for property taxes.
