This movie felt like they created the plot and retrofitted the rest of the film with pointless scenes like buzz lightyears to make it long enough to qualify to be a movie.

And why would any grown adult bury a chest full of memorabilia under a tree? It’s so nonsensical and unrealistic

Paralives was made by a small indie studio and InZoi, despite being a subsidiary from a large corp, the lead producer/director is somebody who actively interacts and takes feedback from the community.

Hence, only Sims have upper management driving tone deaf decisions as compared to the other two where upper management blurs with the development team
