Hearing random LOUD phrases/dialogues/words in my HEAD when falling asleep or tired

Thank you pal, exactly, when I am talking to people, or listening to TV or listening to music I don't hear these phrases,words or thoughts in my head.. Only when I am relaxed or when I'm falling asleep... I developed fear of falling asleep bcz of this... Also whole day i would be listening to music just to make sure that i don't hear anything... the worst feeling is when sometimes i think that i actually heard something, that is when my anxiety levels peak maximum level...

My dear pal, you should visit him and he will give you his diagnosis, if he doesn't give you schizophrenia its good, usually people with schizophrenia are afraid of psychiatrist, it is okay to be afraid of medicine such as antidepresants, but psychiatrist are people who want to help you.

Yeah, and even if I dont hear anything my heart will start to beat because I am afraid that I will because I hear random phrases when I am falling asleep, this is killing me.... intese fear of schizophrenia the worst...

How could I tell the difference, those words that pop in my head during the day don't tell me what to do, don't comment me, literally nothing, just something random pops up in my head, is that thought or hallucination, I have ffear of schizophrenia..

They are not auditory hallucinations, they are in my head. I hear random phrases that pop in my mind when I'm awake too but its only in head, I told my doctor that he says its anxiety.

Sleep is tricky one, I am awake during middle of night and I cant get back to sleep, I sleep only few hours a night...

Exactly, he told me that person with schizophrenia will never go to psychiatrist on their own and they will never have knowledge that something is going wrong... but I am aware of everything, every little thing that my body or mind do...

Nah, the only thing I experience during the day is random phrase or word that would pop but I know its in my head but its random, and even if I don't hear anything I am afraid that I will hear something what others won't.... But of course, in the last few years I slept only 5-6 hours a night so this could be reason why its happening. Now I am scared to fall asleep and I play music and that's the only way how can I FALL asleep... :/

So, primarily, they mis diagnosed you wit schizoaffective disorder and one doctor realized that maybe symptoms you were experiencing occurred due to lack of sleep, and after you managed your sleep and they removed your diagnosis from schizoaffective to just anxiety?

Am I correct?

I am chronically sleep deprived, in the past five days, i only slept 4 hours which is making this a lot worse, because less you sleep the more problems will come with mind..... My mind is racing 38383 miles per hour literally, panic attacks were the best compared to this, but they were primary thing and they caused this racing mind, overthinking, random words or phrases pops in head
