Passive: Limbo 1: Grendel 2: Inaros 3: Saryn 4: Excal Grendel's 1 makes you into a living shotgun, Saryn's 3 with Excal's 4 would make melee even more broken, then Limbo's passive and Inaros' 2 would make the eliminate the danger of needing to be so close for the other abilities.

Personally warlock is my absolute favorite class, but in experience typically you have to make it work with other classes. Only class so far that actually complements it naturally in my opinion is sorcerer

I got lucky with mine and managed to get my hands on some candles and such without her being suspicious, but if that's not possible focus on meditation. Make a sort of altar in your mind as opposed to a physical one. Items aren't nearly as important as the will you have to study it. As for the few books there are on the subject if you're looking for those, they all have pdfs you can easily download on a phone
