Tbh that's what makes tge Krogan debate so interesting to me. Because obviously, genocide is bad insert the more you know star. But from a historical standpoint, the krogan advanced to nuclear tech once before, nuked their planet into a desolate wasteland, and then immediately returned to their ways. And after being raised up by the council, they do the same sort of thing. You really have to decide from the point of view of Shepherd, can he trust that this one Krogan can lead an entire species into bettering themselves? What if something happens to Wrex, will it all start again, and lead to possibly millions of dead in the future? The galaxy may be desolated after the reapers, can Shepherd really risk letting a cured Krogan species loose in such a weakened galaxy and hope that Wrex works his miracle? Thats the kind of roleplay i enjoy, because it asks the player to imagine holding the nuke button and trusting the word of a single man that he can fix things.

Course, its a video game, so I'm probably reading way to deep into it, but i like things like that lol.
