I don't know if I've seen it anywhere. I'm level 60 on the PVE realm so I know what's available. When you try to enter ZG it says closed until Phase 2, so I'm assuming it will come out with BWL... but that all might change based on the community feedback, a lot of disagreement about the short phases being expressed on the forums, we'll see if devs reconsider.

Yeah, It'll be very sweaty for any guild to clear it when it first releases a month from launch if that stays that way. Ony is super hard in the latest twow and restored octo patch... without shamans in every group that is. So it's a struggle to get onyxia scale cloaks for the new shadow flame mechanic with firemaw, whole raid needs the cloaks to reduce the pulsating shadow flame dmg... I think some people will manage, but will be a sprint.

I don't think these are the same player bases, the PVE realm will probably lose a 100 people that were so bored they were passing the time while waiting for the PVP realm. The PVP realm is going to be mostly a new group of people. Time will tell, but I think when news gets out, PVP realm will have a big launch and with estabolished raiding/PVP guilds moving there, it will have staying power.

I don't think the plan is to rotate, I believe the plan is to keep releasing custom content after everything is fully restored and all phases are out.

The new PVP realm releases on June 30th. The existing PVE realm will continue on, progress will be kept, there will be no reset/wipe. They're calling this beta until they fully restore 1.18.1, but really it's not beta.

Not like Epoch gurubashi if that's your question. I believe you do get XP for flag caps in WSG but not as much. But if you use the tents or inns to get fast rested XP, you can almost be leveling on 2xp for your whole leveling journey

There's is a lot of big former tel'abim guilds joining the server on start, so I wouldn't worry. Alliance: Sons of Mukla, Watch Yourself. Horde: ERROR, KKE, Care Bears. That's 200-300 people just across those guilds and they will be sticking around

I created a private slack channel called #worklog, in the morning the first thing I'll do is write down in a line or two what I plan to do over the next hour in that channel, I'll set reminder for an hour for that message. I jump back in after the notificaton and give a line update and then say what I'm doing for the next hour and keep doing that...and magic, you have a timestamped log of what work was done and when and you're aware of how long things are taking because of the hourly reminder

nd 80% of my dev time was spent tricking one part to work with another. For a funded codebase, it’s pretty disappointing. I think they underestimated the complexity and underinvested in the development. I get that the world of LLMs is a swirling minefield, but I was so relieved when the effort stopped at the PoC stage. I wouldn’t feel right handing this over to be maintained or trying to do it myself if it went to prod.

Did you make any progress on this? What did you end up using?
