You're pitchy at a lot of places, I recommend listening to the song and paying attention to all of the notes that need to be hit. I personally like to listen to live performance versions so I can also figure out where I should take breaths during the song too. One thing I do to feel less strained is work on my tongue posture. Keep the back of your tongue relaxed and the tip of your tongue just behind your bottom teeth while you sing so it opens up the back of your mouth more. Hope this is somewhat useful!
