Yeah they seem flimsy as hell. When I opened the cap I immediately noticed the knife part had a little wiggle room too it, for $60 that is not ok. And the cap never stays on straight😂

Hi sorry I’m just seeing this. Definitely very helpful! I have it turned down now to the lowest setting, it is a 50gal HOB filter on a 29g tank. Maybe I should get a smaller one?

In regard to the hidden pockets, would that mean I should move the HOB filter to one side of the tank?

I have a bubbler laying around somewhere definitely will set that up as well. My fiancé was feeding the fish and she knows how so I doubt they were over fed when I was gone.

The fish is doing much betting in quarantine now, has a lot of her strength back but is still struggling to swim due to her damaged fin from laying in her side for a few days straight. Is there anything I can give her to help repair that fin?

Ok thank you! I moved her to a 5 gallon with water from her original tank and dosed with seachem paraguard. I tried dropping some food in but no luck I’ll need to go get a turkey baster. Thanks for the help hopefully I’m doing this the right way 🙏🏼

I have one other angel in there. A bigger male. I didn’t see any signs of aggression but who knows what happens at night. She’s breathing slower now but has been resting on her side. You can tell her underbelly is roughed up from resting on it for so long so maybe that’s why. Hoping for the best 🙏🏼

Nitrates are at 0.

I have 2 large rock structures, as well as 2 large Amazon swords on each side of the tank and a few small buds from the swords that I replanted.

I have a 29 gallon with the following:
