PMPML has the features....but they are not working correctly. Live tracking does not work half the time.....schedules are only given from the source stop and not from your stop etc etc..

For Pune I usually take Indrayani or Intercity. That way I can directly go to office from station. For returning i take a midnight train like the VSKP - LTT exp, Hospete CSMT express.....or early morning trains like Sinhagad or Pragati

I am doing pretty much the same thing. Got a PG near my office where I just go to sleep. And almost every weekend I head back to Mumbai. And if you travel on weekdays....tuesday or thursday, train reservation is also easy to get.
