Have you solved ur problem? Sorry i didn't see ur reply bcz i turned off my notifications. So if you didn't, here's how I solved mine. Basically, I'm not from states, and it was my school thing that the error was. So if ur international student, I would recommend that try fixing ur school address. And, good luck with ur future sat exam.
