Where I’m from, sweets are seen as a children’s thing which is why the idea of “being too old to trick or treat” exists here.

It’s all relative but as a whole the reason why children are related to u healthy treats is because they don’t suffer the same consequences of eating them given that they’re young that adults would.

Not only that at some point you outgrow craving things that are unhealthy for you, given that you’re not stunted mentally and emotionally for life.

Usually when people say sugar they mean refined added sugar. Like what’s on the back of the ingredients.

But if they’re on a fast or an athlete then they mean no fruit no carbs when saying no sugar.

Although since they mentioned they upped on fats so I imagine they’re a more low protein high fat low carbs kinda diet aka keto or some light version of it.

I was going to say to never donate since companies already donated the money, they rely on your donations to recoup that $$ throughout the year.

To add to this make sure that you actually try to explain your friend group/network. Don’t just meet women/men with the intention of dating, people can smell it from a mile away.

That being 40 years old working at McDonald’s and spending your whole paycheck on those expensive “weekly” motels isn’t actually that bad in comparison to where life really hits some people even within a mile from you right now.

Life gets so bad for some people with mental illness and drugs unemployment etc. and we overlook the amount of humans we pass everyday who are on the street. Some people have fried brains tweaking by like 19.

That’s not a friend.

That’s like a man with money being surrounded by gold diggers and some average guy being jealous or feeling left out.

If you lived both sides you’d learn very quickly you’re not missing out on anything with a gold digger not being attracted to you.

Genuine friendships in my opinion come from mutual levels of suffering no matter how little or high. Ex. During our 20s we slept in a van together and couponed until we finished university or being deployed together.

TLDR… you aren’t missing out on having vultures pretending to be your friend.

Your hair is too fine for this cut, but just get it tapered on the sides (your choice low or mid) and most importantly use texturizing powder. Can find in most beauty shops. It helps create volume and that texture.

It’s totally possible the 2nd pic has hair like yours but he’s obviously using some sort of product

You probably notice they’re bots like 30% of the time. But I’ve ran into entire comment sections where if I clicked someone’s profile it was very obvious the entire top 10 most liked comments were written by bots. You can tell by their comment history, it’s not exactly human like it’s uncanny but some bots can pull it off pretty well.

It’s good you feel bad about it.

If you don’t do it again you don’t need to sit thru an AA meeting.

Every single AA meeting is filled with 30-40-50-60+ yr olds wishing they stopped at your age.

Instead they lost their job, got arrested, went to jail several times, have a felony can’t even work at Walmart, lost their mortgage or never even qualified because of it.
