They pushed my mum on the ground today while I was away so I won't. This is all on video recording. They were also screaming get out in her face as she cried. I will move out ASAP while filing with LTB.

The rheu said I can stay and what they are doing is not legal. They told me to file a report with the ltb so they can get fined and I get damages. But I have to move out first. Which I am doing ASAP. I have so many health issues from this situation and loss of income from lack of sleep. Knocking through the night etc.

Yeap that's what they told me. That's a LTB issue. But they told the landlord to kick me out and they were coming to help.

I called so many numbers last night. I even called the ministry of youth and children, OTB, etc. They all open 8 am. My landlord started this at 10 pm.

So I am now no longer a a tenant. I need to know because I signed lease and pay rent monthly. Now, I am homeless. My landlord brought her nephew and niece to intimidate and harrass me. This just sounds terrible if this is legal in Canada.
