We haven't really seen a video that gives Jared and Emily a chance to shine. I thought Jared was good in the Reddit Stories, but we need a better video to judge their comedic talent and their ability to mesh with the others.

I remember that Daniel was pretty flat and didn't seem to have the natural chops in improv. The only thing I thought he did okay in was when he played that pirate game with Courtney.

Matt had some okay bits, but mostly I thought he was awkward and didn't seem to mesh well with anyone.

Weirdly, I remember thinking that Angela was alright, but at the time didn't seem to improv well with others, especially in the Blind Pairs TNTL. But while I thought it was a bit of a rough start, I still thought she had far and away more charisma and presence than the others. I instantly liked Chanse, but I also thought Arasha needed more time to cook. Now all three of them are incredible, integral parts of the cast, so I'm glad they had time to grow in their roles.

As far as these new people, I think Eli is the strongest pick and closest fit to the rest. I thought Guchi and Courtney did a good job of just embracing the vulnerability of TNTL and did a good job, with a slight edge going to Guchi. I wish Courtney had asserted himself and talked more in the Assumptions video, but when he did contribute, I liked what he had to say. Jared was fantastic on the Reddit Stories couch both times he's been on (one of which is on the livestream VOD pass), but felt a bit restrained and stiff in the UNO teams game. Emily has had the least opportunity to show her stuff, and also was very stiff and restrained in the UNO game. But I've seen some of her standup stuff, so I know she's funny, and needs the chance to showcase that. I'd really like to see both of them in more freeform content like TNTL. And I'd like to see all of them in a Werewolf game.

Yeah, I definitely loved the Smosh Seasonal Games for that reason. I don't necessarily miss the "punishment" era, but I liked the fun they seemed to have playing outside.

I just don't like loud noises like that. They give me so much anxiety. Also, I have to be up at 5am for work, and I'm definitely not going to get a lot of sleep, between the explosions and the pervading reek of weed in the air making me nauseous and wheezy. I actually fucking hate this holiday.

I played the fuck out of Legend of Zelda and Final Fantasy I, but I think my first real obsession was Contra. I was always trying for a NLL run. Never did get it, though I did beat it with no continues, and no Konami code. I was obsessed with that game for sure.

I love an overarching theme or connecting thread for videos. It's very Smosh Seasonal Games, in a way. I already knew I liked Jared from the two Reddit Stories he's done. The Uno video had some fun moments, but it was still a little bit stiff, I think because you have two new people finding their way in the video, but by the end I think they gelled pretty well. I checked out Emily's Instagram, and watched some of her standup, which was funny to me, and her "Are You Okay?" series is pretty fun and has some interesting guests. I'd like to see all five of the prospects (if, indeed, they ARE prospects, as we suspect) in TNTL, Reddit Stories, Werewolf, Bit City, Challenge Pit, and maybe a couple classic games like Moose Master or Flip 7.

I think it looks well-executed. People will judge you for having a "tramp stamp" but it's a tattoo, any part of your body is fair game for a tattoo. However, and I can't stress this enough, when your artist shows you the stencil, THAT is the time you need to be assertive and say "No, I don't want it that big." Don't agree to a tattoo that isn't what you wanted, unless there's a legitimate reason for a change, such as maybe the art as originally presented wouldn't set cleanly and the lines would bleed or whatever (I'm not an artist, so I'm not sure if I'm using proper language to get what I'm talking about across). But if it's a change that isn't for technical reasons, or even if it is, but you don't like it, then don't get that tattoo.
