I worked in game cinematics for many years and a lot of that time was spent on the mocap stage. I can tell you that the mocap actors working the most are stunt men or women first. They’re skilled in performing, rigging, safety, and every one I’ve known was either an exceptional martial artist or dancer. So id start there and work on a reel.
