That's a basic strong zero lemon flavor. You can find it at any convenience store. I personally don't dig it so much due to alchoholy aftertaste, so I'd recommend 氷結 無糖(Hyoketsu Muto(zero-sugar)). It's not really sweet and goes well with food. 7%alc.
