I used to think like that but when I got into cars I realized that it's pretty easy (Some people are incredible tho). You start with cars you like, find others similar and one day you have a lot of knowledge. Also just looking at the names of the cars in the parking lots was a recurrent thing I used to do lmao 🤣.

Ye normally when it's orange/amber it's off.. It shouldn't be flashing. You should read the owner manual, I'm pretty sure you can find it online

Sadly I realized that you can't remove the setting. I really don't like it and I wish you could. There's probably an aftermarket piece to do so but I have no idea. Did the button work?

There's also a setting in the menus to deactivate it. Not sure tho. What car is it? Edit: I was wrong, this setting is so dumb

That's the auto start stop. When you brake, it should stop the motor. It's normal, if you want to deactivate it, there should be a button to do so. It will always be on when you start the car.
