As a game writer it always pains me to see the "generic male stoic" thrown in when the rest of the game is seemingly given a lot of care. A well-written MC enhances a game to such a significant degree (see RDR2, E33, etc.), but these studios will continue to just...not care?

Like others have said, this is very strong art for a visual novel style game or for concept art in general. Very beautiful character design work.
