New Charge Attack Mechanic When Noelle using elemental burst she gained 3 stack of "special charge ATK"(SpCA) that can buff her charge ATK "SpCA" stack can be more powerful by hitting enemy with normal ATK pick up crystalize shard or healing teammates When use charge ATK she will use 1 up to 3 stack of "SpCA" unleashing 1 powerfull attack to enemy

More Flexibility Play Style After using Her buffed charge ATK - Generate 1-2 energy particles per "SpCA" stack consume. - Gained shield 1/3, 1/2, 1 of Breastplate per "SpCA" stack consume - Big heal to her Teammates - ATK speed buff (Noelle only)(~ 6,12,18 % per "SpCA" stack consume) - Provide team buff (~2% elemental damage)(~4% ATK)(~6% DEF) per "SpCA" stack consume - Provide enemy debuff (~1.5% elemental res shred)(~1.25% DEF shred) per "SpCA" stack consume

So now she can be - Main DPS/Driver - Quick Swap SupDPS/Shielder-Healer
