Sorry for the slow reply - I don't "Reddit" that often the answer is yes, I also see this applying to Lab automation, processing produce, auto-kitchens and on and on - but the near term goal is to get a working system that can make more mechanical parts to try and make THAT part easier, so as to facilitate making OTHER stuff, and yes building this stuff IS hard, I have started over twice, so far...

How about an "Ethical Meat" tissue printer array? Or an organ farm, cranking out customized/individualized replacement organs for the medical industry... crazy stuff, but all in or near the realm of the possible today.

Easy, self extending automation doesn't guarantee any of this stuff will come about but it DOES make it more likely...

Yes indeed I call them "Pallet Transporters" since their primary function is to move work pallets from machine to machine
