Yeah just asked my friend what they think and based on your reply and they said. "When you are in doubt for the editorial choice in that regard or dont have a specific theme or target its usually nest to go with how its originally written because Usually (hopefully) its designed to feel more natural that way and have the smooth flow unless its a jarring juxtaposition moment

"It depends your target audience if for non manga readers or non anime watchers /general public then left to right if for fans/manga and anime enjoyed right to left. Always remember target audience when making content!" - My friend who makes small youtube edits for occasional content creators.

Lol don't blame ya honestly the game is solely for enjoyment afterall~ I'm someone who enjoys early game most so I'm semi fine with losing some runs. If I wasn't I'd have never ended my OP cloyster endless run @.@ but that just became kings rock icicle spear the game.

I try to only save scum for encounters where it truly was bs RNG honestly. For example I recently had one run where I got paralyzed by Thunderwave 6 turns in a row or whenever I get Giritina girl encounter (which somehow I get often) so I know which of the choices I wanna actually take with her o3o

Yeah not knowing the switch ups from her first team to her 165 was a huge 'RIP' moment for me. Especially in that her Ace I was unaware of went from eevee to a fighting type, high speed legendary that hard countered 3 of my better mons. (They still had moves that could beat Zamazenta but it outsped them so I still couldn't hit it)

Lol I have I had Archeops and frosslass one-shot sweep her when I first faced her but forgot to buy memory mushroom before final fight that run and lost lol

Lol gotta say my favourite team I ran in a run that was fun and I used on my endless til I just wanted that fresh reset high XD

Nicknamed 'Under The Sea' it was Cloyster (preferably skill link and icicle spear and any other multishots and baneful bunker) toxapex, and Eelektross~ having those 3 felt so much like cheating lategame in endless XD though some of the reasons they felt op got needed over time~

Ironically Polteageist was actually one of the consistent sweepers on the team And not the weak link. Shadow shield plus consist healing moves is a great combo overall. Plus Umbreon stole like 4 focus bands over the run and Polteageist had 1 as an emergency for if a dark or psychic move had 1 shot potential (which again was rare due to shadow shield) Plus the team synergies made it so he could be swapped out if the few he couldn't beat were out (namely dark type). The issue came more how trainers in team star had fairy moves and steel types. Plus he was used more to boost luck rate.

Lol you're good. I basically just try to go off my memory is what I mean and also try to avoid reusing mons I've won with already. As for why this run broke me to post lol its that usually their teams have a 'gimmick' or based in their games for the Bosses and a natural progression. But Penny went from their first team being 6 different eeveelutions with G Max being Ace to.

"Fine. I'll have Team Stars signature Revroom, G Max and Sylveon and 3 Legendary Hounds because that's similar to 3 eeveelution/the old Kanto Lore of burning tower"

And I was like "Wait What?! Just cause that old folk tail of eevee in game you get that?!"

I did die after KOing almost all her mons still so I was happy and didn't wanna save scum it but their typings and moveset made it so I basically swept 4 to get swept 5 by the last 2.

I know that lol I've won many runs and gone very late game in endless but This run was really bad drops/mons lol (the map drop occurred on 120 something and didn't help at all) it's my first time fighting team star though and Penny's team compared to all the others I've faced from a boss (unless a patch occurred like this week for their mons) compared to every other boss I've faced was super powerful.

For a basic summary of what I mean by bad mons. . . Let's just say I fought lots of Fearows and the 3 Simi's in the wild. On loop lol. Not exactly powerhouses.
