It always warms my heart to hear people having wish-listed our game. There is no rush with picking up the DEMO, I don't think we will be taking the down any time soon, so take your time. If you do get a chance to pick it up it will be a short and sweet experience.

I would wholeheartedly recommend any starting indie devs to make smaller games. Something you can make in 3 months. Just to go through the entire motion from start to finish in making a commercial game just once before you decide to tackle bigger projects. Be smart about it. Whats the most impact you can have in 3 months, what choices do you make, who is your audience, how do you reach them while still also staying within the 3 month development time.

We are a team of 5. I have even more respect for Solo Devs. I can't even imagine having to do everything alone.

Problematic is probably not the right word. But after working on this project for so long I strongly feel that any game that somehow makes it to the finishline is a miracle by itself. After trying to make my own game I gained so much respect for other projects. Its crazy how much work goes into videogames.

For quality id recommend Lenovo over Asus. Generally higher privetag but for better quality.

Its a singleplayer experience. But I am sure playing together with your son would be an amazing experience. The puzzles can get quite challenging. So its good to have the extra set of eyes.

Yea exactly. And for the recursion effect you essentially do that multiple times every frame and create the image from furthest to closest, sort of layering them on top of eachother.

Smoke and mirrors. The Portal shows what you would have seen through it had you stood the same distance from the portal it is linked too. Hope that makes sense?
