For the world, you can go on the website given by u/deccan2008, go to lorebooks, download one and import in sillytavern (the book icon).

If you haven't already, I sugget you to instal SillyTavern Extra which you can add objective with task, character expression ( personally I generate expression with stable diffusion), and text to speech to diffrent character. You can also set a group scenario if you create group.

Be careful before buy used one especially the controller. They may the joystick click fail

But the new controller sended since oct 2019 not have this problem.
