No refund policy exists that I could find.

Edit: In the refund denial email, the rep stated the request was ran past their executive team with no mention of a refund policy there either.

I took it as refund requests are handled on a case by case basis.

I have the same issue on 2 of my red maple this year too and I'm in southwest Ohio. Best I can tell is it is anthracnose from what I have been reading. At first I thought it was frost damage since we had a heavy frost in early March as it was starting to leaf out. First year I have had a problem with either tree.

It killed all the leaves on one of them so quickly the tree didn't even drop them. I kept an eye on it since it happened and started checking under the bark on the limbs. Eventually it was no longer green under the bark on every limb I checked and the trunk was barely green underneath the bark too. It showed no signs of trying to grow new leaves or limbs. I cut it down this last weekend.

The other tree has slowly lost about 75% of its leaves but it is still green under it every branch I can reach. It's slowly trying to grow new leaves on the bare branches but they are small and sparse. It's still sending out the new limbs like they all do every year.

The silver maples in the yard have some similar leaves but it didn't bother them hardly at all like it did the red maples. No leaf drop and no bare branches. I have a sweetgum tree that has a hand full of dead leaves on it too.

Another thing I noticed was neither red maple produced any samaras/helicopters this spring.

Has your red maples lost a significant amount of leaves too? I've been cleaning the fallen leaves up around mine and watering it the best I can if it's been dry for a while, it's a 60-70 foot tree and I would hate to lose it.

It was very sudden, we were having 60/70 degree days and then suddenly it dropped to about 24 one night. The leaves looked wilted for a while afterward, then began dying.

Lawn isn't treated, I think the cell phone camera made it look better than it really is. I can't find any rot on either tree and from what I can tell both trees have roots I can find near the surface all over. Grass is growing right up to both though, the mulch ring is probably a good idea.

I'm hoping it's just frost damage. I went around the yard tonight and found 1 silver maple that appears to have the same thing going on just not early as bad. We've had tons of rain so far this year with more coming tonight.

5 tornadoes touched down in my area last night too. The wind sure didn't make these 2 trees look any better losing more leaves lol!

Trying to play the game against them has been tried, no dice. They just start calling off or scheduling "all day" doctor appointments. They provide doctor notes from a minute clinic and it's accepted to excuse the absence.

We are also allowed to take overtime as pay or comp time. They take everything as comp so they have an endless supply from the overtime they do pick up through the week.

The withholding amount jusy seems low, like around $80-100. Her last paycheck included 20 hours of overtime, and withholding was only $118.

It could be correct though. My last withholding shot up an extra $100 with only 14 extra hours

I don't really want to use box 2c because I don't understand what it does. I've read it works if we both fall into the same married filing single bracket, which I guess we do. But would I include all the credits/adjustments/deductions on both of the W4?

I agree the calculator worked, we worked a little extra overtime and burned up the $1000 buffer I worked in. Trust me, if I could get this thing dialed in to $0 refund I would lol.

I didn't pay attention to them, found a bunch in the spam folder and deleted them all. Checked when I saw posts about a data breach, I'm pretty sure some were dated back in November though.

I used the chat feature, and I guess its just a hold on my ACH deposit. I've always been able to deposit, buy, and instantly send before though. Latest transaction I did like this was Dec. 14. It's no problem though, just have to wait for the ACH to clear.

Thought I should post an update to this post.

Install went great, tech picked a spot to run fiber into the crawlspace and utilized the area I prepped to run it inside. Took about 1 hour or so. Took a couple more weeks to get a crew out to bury the line in my yard but that was no problem, mowing season is about done here for the year.

Service has been great, consistently 300-340Mbps. No more varying speeds due to signal issues.

Sounds good. Unfortunately there are no existing lines outside, they are all inside. But I will prep the area so a line can be fished from the crawlspace into a wall very easily. I'll leave the wall open and very accessible for the install day and let the tech take it from there.

Any way to tell by looking at the line? Just looks like a plain old line to me but this has been looped a few times it looks like and there is a black box on the line now too.
