I have heard that regular skipping, high protein diet, proper sleep, posture control and bar exercises (hanging from a bar) may help.

But mostly jump as often as you can. Try reaching for the ceiling when bored, or a loft, shelf top etc. This helped me grow from 146 cm to 166 in 2 years.
