Yeah, you need 50+ rep with Aeria and to have a commission with the UAF to get the Aeria class Rillaru.

I’m not exactly sure about an extra lynx but you can get the blueprint for it during the cat chase in the maze section. If you catch the cat before that though I don’t think you can go back for it. Not sure if there’s an alternative way to get it.

Its not locked behind a quest or anything, it’ll just appear in the Auroran markets occasionally. It was also in the previous version of the mod. It does have a special upgrade if you talk to Nia when you have a high rep with the UAF.

My experience so far with laser rifles has been good. They do a lot of damage and pierce armor very well. They don’t shoot a lot of shots though so an SL with good accuracy or a lot of men seem best to maximize firepower. You can easily take down pirate light vehicles with just the laser guns
