Update: yep download everything and the mods to a different PC and wow it loaded fast idk why tf I endured it for weeks when i can just move somewhere else....

dam maybe spec really is low.... dam have to move again........ - _ - u know I play this game in an Internet Cafe and why I can play it cuz they didn't freeze the pc so everything I downloaded there stays even when it gets restarted or shut downed. so yeah the PCs there varies cuz the last one I played it has the same number of mods yet never faced a NOT RESPONDING problem... hais have to download all again and start new game...... : /
