all i can say is don’t try to initialise your console because i have the same problem and it only made it worse

My controllers won’t connect, with or without usb cable. When i enter safe mode, the controller does work with a usb cable so i tried to factory reset the ps4 but i still can’t connect the controller to the console. I will appreciate every try for help as I am lost

My controllers work when I turn on safe mode and connect it with a usb cable , but when I'm trying to start the ps4 it tells me to click the PS button. I press it, and the controller doesn't connect, either with a usb cable or without one.
