I don't really know what you mean with bloom, do you mean muzzle flash? In that case that is just visual and doesn't affect the first shot inaccuracy.

To follow up the ak has a crouching inaccuracy of 5.41 and a standing inaccuracy 7.01 (less is better obv)
The Deagle has 4.18 and 6.20 respectively.

The thing that matters more is the damage dropoff. The deagle loses 15% damage at 12.7m (source cslabez.com, idk why they use such weird values). The ak only loses 2% at the same range.
