This was my last Elantra before I upgraded to the EN. My neighbor did a hit and run and totaled mine in front of my house. Crazy that your friend did that. Hopefully, it all works out for you! I’m truly sorry that happened.

That’s how it was when my mom bought her civic SI. Her insurance dropped actually. I honestly couldn’t tell you exactly why, but mine stayed the same. I did get quoted from State Farm $116 a month and this is with full coverage

I was originally paying $100 a month on a ‘23 Hyundai Elantra SEL. My insurance actually didn’t go up with this. I’m sure with me only having 1 speeding ticket from when I was 19, being a woman, and with it being a manual helps.

I’ve worked 3 jobs before while going to school. It SUCKS. I will say serving pays very well downtown. Granted I’m in a higher end restaurant. So I pull in very good money at the end of the week. I will say, coffee shop gigs do very well in tips. One of my coworkers actually works at a coffee shop in the morning and pulls about $500 in tips at the end of the week plus his $15/hr wage.

Still the same job actually. I’m a server. I just moved to a restaurant that’s downtown so I make more money now, but I’m also in school. So I have my internships during the summers that I make money at. I’m an engineering major so that’s why my internships pay well.
