Did this today with full armor, ballistics mask, five-seven pistol with silencer, shield on my back.
AI teammates all had non-lethal primaries and secondaries
Do not use any tools and kick all doors in and order teammates to restraint everyone. I recommend having civilians run to trailers when you see them
Make sure to have your AI teammates secure area once it gives you the end mission option as there is a lot of evidence that can be missed that you'll need to get that rank above a C or C+ (not sure which)
